Spraying Process
Profound provides spraying service. Spraying is the next step after silicone molding, usually this step is not necessary, unless there is a requirement for the feel or color of the product. The purpose of spraying is to make the product feel smoother, or to prepare for the laser carving later.

Profound has automatic spray machine, its advantages are high efficiency, uniform spraying, product defect rate is low, thus reducing customer costs. Spraying can make the product more dustproof, feel smoother, so if the customer's product is high-end, it is recommended to spray.
